16. First delivery shall be between 30-40 days after upon Seller accepted Bank instrument

15. Should any amendments to the instrument be requested once the same had been issued, then the Party requesting the change will be responsible for the payment of the related costs, unless changes are needed to construct the instruments in compliance with the Agreement, then the costs shall be borne by the faulting party.

14. All banking charges including confirmation from the Buyer's bank shall be borne by the Buyer and all banking charges incurred by the Seller at Sellers bank shall be borne by the Seller.

7. Simultaneously the Seller issues POP (Proof of Product) and Buyer issues POF (Proof of Funds)

6. Parties exchange hard copies of signed FINAL Contract

5. Seller issues Draft Hard Contract to Buyer.

4. Upon receipt of signed FCO, Sellers team author Draft of Hard Contract

3. Seller completes negotiations, signs, and sends FCO for buyer to sign and return

2. Buyer edits FCO as we deemed appropriate, and submits back to Seller,

1. Seller transmits an FCO (Formal Contract Offer) to the Buyer

Procedures are as follows:

Soft offer price is $380 USD per Metric Tonne CIF ASWP.

We will only deal with direct mandates or principals so please ensure you have all documentation in place before applying. Once NCNDA is signed we will expect a full LOI and BCL direct from buyer.

Currently we have access to 500,000MT per month of ICUMSA 45, please be very quick with your orders as we have already taken 250,000MT of orders per month in the last 3 weeks.

Principals or direct mandates only need apply please. You will be asked to provide a full LOI and BCL which will be checked. If you are a mandate you will need to provide a mandate letter from the buyer before proceeding.
