Information of Product Isomaltulose
As a natural disaccharide, it occurs in honey, sugar canes, etc. For industrial manufacturing, sugar is transformed to 1somaltulose with the enzyme of glycosyltransferase, which rearranges
intermolecular binding of glucose and fructose. The sweetness is almost similar to sugar and superior processing feature compared to sugar. 1somaltulose is also excellent in prevention of cavity
and acid production in teeth.
