PERFORMANCE BOND: 2% of each shipment value.
DISCHARGE: All Excess cost at Port of Discharge for account of the Buyer.

P R O C E D U R E S
Seller and/or Sellers legal representative issues this OFFER.
Buyer accepts, signs and sealed this offer, including his Bank information and send
Bank Capability Letter (BCL) for this job.
Seller issues FCO and sends to the draft contract to the Buyer.
Buyer signs to the draft contract and returns it to the Seller.
Seller send 04 (four) hard-copies duly signed and sealed.
Buyer dully sign and seal all copies and retern back 02 (two) hard-copies to the Seller.
Within max. 10 (Ten) days Buyers Bank issue by Sellers bank non-operative Documentary Revolving Letter of Credit. (DRL/C).
Within max. 10 (Ten) days Sellers Bank issues Proof of Product (POP), and fully operative 2% (two percents) Performance Bond (PB) to automaticaly activate DRL/C.
Seller nominates vessel or vessels and provides Buyer with full vessel particulars.
Delivery commences as per contract.

INSPECTION: Quality, quantity, weight and by SGS or equivalent at Sellers cost at Port of
Loading.
SHIPPING: Within 10-20 days after receipt and acceptance of DRL/C.
SHIPMENT: Whole contract quantity of 75.000 Mt. Supplied in monthly deliveries of
60.000 Mt. in ship 12.500 Mt, 25.000 Mt, or 50.000 Mt mix.
PORT OF LOADING: Seller Option.

LETTER OF CREDIT: Payment shall be made by a Documentary, Confirmed, Irrevocable,
Transferable S B Letter of Credit
with value equivalent to the face Value of global shipment,
average 75.000 metric tones, more or less 5% value is acceptable in
accordance with sellers information about shipment quantity.
