PROCEDURES
1. The Buyer issues LOI (Letter of Intention) and BCL (Bank Capability Letter) with full
banking coordinates and permission to Seller's Bank to contact our Bank for soft probe.
2. In response the Buyers Letter of Intention (LOI), Seller issues Full Corporate Offer (FCO)
in favor of the Buyer;
3. Buyer returns Full Corporate Offer (FCO) signed and stamped accepting price and terms of
sale;
4. Seller approves an sends signed and stamp Draft of Contract with the Draft of Financial
Payment Instrument, sends through e-mail for Buyer;
5. Buyer approves and sends signed and stamped Draft of Contract, sends through e-mail for
Seller;
6. Seller emits End-Contract (Hard Copy), signs and it stamps, and it sends through courrier
for Buyer in 6 copy, Buyer receives Hard Copy, signs and it stamps, and it sends through
courrier 3 copy for Seller;
7. Buyers bank issues a POF proof of funds and sends by swift to sellers bank, which
responds with a POP Proof of Product
8. The buyer issue, for the seller and his bank approvals, the Draft of Financial Payment (LC).
9. After the sellers approval of the LC Draft, the buyers bank issues by Swift the MT 799 or
any other instrument of payment approved by the Sellers and his Bank.
10. The delivery commences 25 / 35 Days after the receipt of the Buyers operative LC on the
sellers bank account.
