6.      Loading commences as per contract terms.

5.      Within 5-7 international banking days as of the receipt of the non-operative DLC, Seller will post a 2% Performance Bond for the monthly shipment amount to activate the DLC.

4.      Buyer opens the non operative DLC in favor of the Seller for first shipment within 5-7 international banking days upon receipt of Final Draft Contract.

3.      Buyer signs the Contract, seals it and returns to the Seller by fax or e-mail after all necessary changes have been addressed. The faxed or scanned and emailed Signed/Sealed contract becomes legally binding for both parties.

2.      Seller responds with fully executed Contract for Buyers review and Signature/Seal.

Delivery Lead Time: First Shipment within 45-60 days after DLC. Thereafter every 30 days.

Validity of this document: Until Further Notice.

Packing: 50 kg jute bags, sea worthy with inner protective lining. 2% extra bags included free of charge.

Inspection: Quality, quantity, weight and photo by SGS or other equivalent Inspection Agency at port of loading at Sellers expense.

Performance Bond: 2% of Monthly L/C value

Note: For Non-Transferable Letter of Credit, Please add 4$/MT to the Price.

3.      Unconditional Confirmed BG or SBLC for the value of one months shipment valid for 13 months and then Transferable Documentary Letter of Credit Month to Month.

2.      Irrevocable, Transferable confirmed Auto-revolving Documentary Letter of Credit payable 100% at sight per shipment.

1.      Fully Funded Confirmed Documentary Letter of Credit Payable 100% at sight per Shipment.

Delivery schedule: In 12,500 MT, 25,000 MT and 50,000 MT Vessels
