TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payment will be by Irrevocable, Divisible, Auto-Revolving and confirmed documentary Letter of Credit payable 100% at sight in our bank against presentation of shipping documents as per contract. The documentary Letter of Credit shall be negotiable and payable at the seller's bank and shall be transferred by buyer's bank directly to seller's bank. The documentary Letter of Credit will be issued for the sum covering the monthly shipment quantity payable on per shipment to shipment basis until the total quantity has been shipped.
PRODUCT INSURANCE
All risk marine insurance policy to be covered for 110% of the invoice value by the seller.
PROCEDURES
Buyer submits official, formal, corporate signed and sealed Letter of Intent (LOI) .
Along with LOI we need a official signed and sealed financial reference from seller's bank. We will accept SWIFT bank message and / or a signed Official Corporate Letter from seller's bank.
Seller issues Draft Contract in favour of the buyer. Buyer signs and sends back the Draft Contract to the seller within 48hours
Seller sends 4 (Four) hard copies duly signed & sealed. Buyer duly signed & sealed copies and return back 2 (Two) copies to the seller.
Within10 (Ten) bank working days of signing of the final contract, the buyer will issue the Non-Operative documentary Letter of Credit in favour of the seller.
Within10 (Ten) bank working days of receipt of the Non-Operative documentary Letter of Credit, the seller will post the operative Performance Bond which will activate the documentary Letter of Credit.
Delivery and shipment commence as per schedule mutually agreed.
