PAYMENT:
Payment for the total quantity to be effected by Irrevocable, Transferable, Unconditional, Assignable, Fully Funded, Confirmed SBLC /BG/FFDRLC 100% Payment at Sight L/C for total Quantity from Top Western Prime Bank.

PERFORMANCE BOND:
The Seller will Post 2%Performance Bond after Receipt of Payment Instrument SBLC to the Seller.

INSPECTION:
S.G.S Inspection for Quality and Quantity Service at Sellers Cost shall inspect the Commodity at Place of Loading.
