Sell Brazilian Sugar ( ICUMSA -45)

I have 25000 Metric tons of Brazilian Refined Sugar ( ICUMSA -45) for sale on the High Seas. The Vessel is about 7 days from berthing at Dubai Port. UAE. We are looking to sell this Shipment for $ 430 / Metric ton.CIF DUBAI. We would the following Financial Instrument from the Buyer in Dubai or Persian Gulf countries. We would need a MT-700-701 issued as follows: Irrevocable,Transferable,Non-operative Documentary Letter of Credit for ( $430 x 25000 Metric tons = $1075000 U.S.Dollars). We will issue all the documents pertaining to the vessel and shipment documents like Bill of lading,commercial invoice,SGS inspection reports and insurance documents. These documents will be sent from our Bank to Buyers Bank with 76 hours of receipt of the MT-700/701 I.e. Non operative letter of credit. In case the buyer is notcomfortable with this financial arrangement, we can have them issue a Financial Document called MT-760 (blocked funds document) from their Bankers and they can release the funds after the vessel reaches destination Port. Meaning the buyer can physically inspect the goods and release the funds immediately
