We have 15 million mt of white sugar from brazille. Minimum 100,000 mt pm x 12. CIF price is $132 per mt. FOB price is $113 per mt. Buyer issue loi with request specification, quantity, shipment'sLot's, port of destination, time of delivery, terms of payment i. E.Either a fully funded revolving stand by l/c or a irrevocable revolvingL/c and all other details including the buyer procedures bankingInformation. Delivery to specify aswp inside customs.2. Seller issues draft contract to be confirmed by the buyer.3. Seller confirms procedure.4. Buyer sends signed contract by fax and email.5. Seller and buyer exchange signed and sealed hard copies ofThe contract in(6) originals copies.6. Buyer opens within 7 banking days after signing the contractThe non-operative letter of credit as specified under clause 04)7. Seller after approval of the l/c terms by him and his bankOpens a 2% non-operative performance bond guarantee. Buyers bank has toConfirm receipt within 3 banking days of date of opening, which makes the letter of credit and the performance bond guarantee automaticallyOperative.Should buyer's bank fail to confirm the receipt of the performanceBond guarantee the letter of credit and the performance bond guaranteeBecomes automatically operative after the 3rd day.8. Shipment as mentioned in the contract starts not laterThan 35-40 days after the acceptance of the payment instrument by theSeller/seller's bank.
