Seller Buyer
                Product The goods plunge on the ship (other vehicle) and its shipment together with the documentation, necessary certificates (specifications) by the international rules (as it has been caused in the contract), quality certificates of the goods and goods country of origin (all according to the Contract) is carried out and all it goes bank of the seller to bank of the Buyer for "defrosting" of the letter of credit and actual carrying out of payment.

Buyer Seller Active
       IRDLC POP activates IRDLC, and such activation goes from bank of the Buyer to bank of the seller.

Seller Buyer      
        POP On reception confirmed IRDLC, the Seller gives Acknowledgement of Presence of the Goods (POP) which goes bank of the seller to bank of the Buyer.

Seller Buyer         
        FCO The seller answers with the Unconditional Corporate Offer (FCO), officially offering the goods under the specified price and repayment terms with inquiry of approval Bank.
Buyer Seller BCL The buyer to sign FCO and gives the Bank Approving Letter (BCL) on the bank form
Seller Buyer CONTRACT The seller gives the Contract which is subject to discussion with the buyer.
Buyer Seller Pre Advise
       IRDLC The buyer sends the preliminary Unconditional Renewed Documentary Letter of credit (IRDLC).

Buyer Seller        
        ICPO The buyer answers with the Unconditional Corporate Order (ICPO) the delivery, specifying readiness to conclude the contract under the designated price.

Seller Buyer         
        SCO The seller answers with the Soft Corporate Offer (SCO), defining possibility of performance of obligations, and confirms the price the goods.

Buyer Seller        
        LOI The buyer gives the Letter the obligation (LOI), describing intentions on the goods purchase, conditions comprehensible to it and the prices preliminary installations

PROCEDURES:

We deliver white, refined sugar from beet from America and Europe.
The minimum order of 12 500 tons (a sack 50kg).
