2. Seller issues Draft Contract which will incorporate full terms and conditions.
3. Buyer signs and seals EACH page of Draft Contract and returns to Seller. Seller signs and seals Final Contract and sends copy to Buyer.
4. Within 3 International banking day the Buyers Bank issues to Sellers Bank Swift MT 103/23 payment.
5. Within 30-45 days of receipt at the Sellers Bank of the operative Swift MT 103/23 the shipment(s) will commence.
6. Payment released upon sight of documents at Buyers Bank

1. Buyers have to use the bank endorsed ICPO Template attached to this offer or to be able of producing a valid BCL/RWA.
2. To avoid abuses and potential frauds we require an NCNDA-IMPFA with copy of the PASSPORT to check the real identities of all the parties: fake LOI will not be tolerated any more and the senders will be reported immediately as fraud to the competent authorities.
3. We do not provide any samples, photos or certificates that are not in this offer.
4. Past Performance Records available only at TTM after the signature of the Contract.
5. Visits to the refinery are allowed only after the buyer has issued the payment.
6. POP available upon request before payment (but in that case after Pre-Advice via MT799 and after RWA from Buyers Bank only).
7. RSA: Not available in this offer.
