 7.1         Monthly Payments will be by Auto Revolving Documentary Letter of Credit (ARDLC), for the value of one month USD 3,750,000.00 (Three Millions seven hundred fifty thousand Unite State Dollars), issued by our top 25 World Bank, Irrevocable, Assignable, No Transferable, Divisible, Confirmed, Un conditional, active and operated valid per the term of the contract and with payment 100% at sight, against each shipping documents. The payment of the ARDLC shall be made to the Seller, and to the Seller indicated Bank, and payment will be upon the presentation 100% of each shipping documents at the destination port introducing CIQ or SGS to ensure the quality and send it to the seller. The Buyer will receive the Bill of Lading as well as the quantity and quality certificates approved by SGS or equivalent international Inspectors, available at each loaded vessel at port of loading.

 7.       PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

6.13        After the first vessel arrived at the destination, subsequent deliveries will become the last 30/35 days delivery. So with all the monthly deliveries to fulfill the contract.

6.12         From the receipt of the LC or BG, the period of 45/60 days delivery begins to run.

6.11        Seller shall deliver the proof of the product within 3 working days to the Buyer via e-mail, fax or courier to the Buyer's tranquility. After verification of the letter of credit will be able to be operable, it sends the PB 2% of the value of the LC or BG.

6.1          Buyer sends ICPO with soft probe provided via e-mail, fax or courier.

6            PROCEDURE 

5.5          The price of the goods includes all costs incurred by the Seller up to and including delivery basis CIF except where the contract specifically provides for a cost to be borne by the Buyer.

5.4          The price will be reviewed for future purchases.
