ARTICLE 03 DELIVERY TERMS
In a period of Twelve (12) months, being about 1,300,000MT (One million three hundred thousand metric tons), +/- 5% at Sellers option, the delivery to the port warehouse shall be approximately
40,000MT (Forty Thousand Metric Tons) per month and will commence 30/45 days after receipt of confirmed verified and acceptable financial instrument in the Sellers Bank. Inspection certificate
issued by SGS for the quality and quantity of Goods at port of loading which must be legalized by local chamber of commerce in one originals which should be accompanied by other shipping
documents.
Final product inspection will be at port of loading at time of loading by SGS or equivalent International inspectors at Sellers account. Seller will notify shipments to the Buyer.

ANY OTHER SPECIFICATION WHICH ARE NOT MENTIONED SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH INTERNATIONAL SPECIFICATIONS.
