We are authorized Seller's mandate offering contract for up to ONE YEAR of Refined Brazillian Sugar. Although the Seller offers refined Sugar at an F. O. B. Brazil price of USD 60. -below London's price, for a specially worded L/ C, and if the following requirements are provided, the Seller expects to be able to offer a price in the range USD 260. -USD 300. -: Seller will issue an F. C. O. Only after receiving the following from BuyerA) Buyer submits L. O. I. on his letterhead, indicating quantity to be purchased per month, duration of the Contract, Specs of the Sugar needed, if in bags or in bulk, and delivery terms (F. O. B. Brazil or C. & . F port of destinatiom) , Indicating that a 2% performance bond will be posted by the Seller, and proof of Product will be provided, bank to bank, after Buyer will provide the signed Contract, and the pre-advise L/ C acceptable to the Seller with payment terms indicating a transferable, revolving L/ C, from a Bank acceptable to the Seller, or confirmed by a Prime USA or European Bank, accepted by the Seller. B) Buyer's Bank provides a Bank Comfort Letter, on Bank's letterhead, stating that Buyer has had an account with Bank. . . . . The Bank Comfort Letter (BCL) and the Letter of Intent (LOI) must be submitted to Seller at the same time. Below is the text of Bank Comfort Letter Acceptable to Seller. Seller is not asking Buyer to block funds or to show how much money they have. Since there is no contract signed, Buyer's Bank Comfort Letter (LOI) is just an opinion of Buyer's banker that Buyer is capable of buying the said quantity. ( On Buyer's Bank Letterhead) OUR CLIENT (Your Company Name) has had an account with us since the year (Example 1994) and is capable to purchase 12, 500 METRIC TON of REFINED SUGAR. __________________________Bank OfficerBank Comfort Letter must be signed by a high ranking bank officer.
