Seller sends the draft contract offer with full terms to buyer for comments and acceptance, the buyer signs and returns the draft offer showing all amendments required and adds full banking co-ordinates.2. The seller amends where necessary the offer and converts to a hard copy contract, signs, seals and issues to the buyer for his completion, the buyer signs the hard copy contract and returns it to the seller, any email or facsimile copy may be considered as the original if accepted by both parties.3. Seller and buyer agree on the contract offer and exchange contract by air courier.4. Buyer provides the pof (mt799, or mt760, or rwa or bcl) to seller bank and seller bank provides POP bank to bank. Both exchanges by swift messenger.5. Buyer bank issue non-operative L/c and advises seller bank.6. Seller bank provides pbg 2% to buyer bank automatically activating the non operative lc to operative status.7. Delivery and shipment commence as per the terms and conditions of the contract.8. Shipment commence per the contract.
