The seller will place one vessel load (12. 500m / ts) of sugar in a warehouse in a country of the buyers choice, except iraq
The buyer will commit to buy the whole 12. 500m / t AT a price of u $385mt CIF but he will only be obliged to take delivery of and pay for 1, 050 tons per month during twelve months
He can take ownership faster if he wishes
The sugar can also be packaged in personalized bags (logo, company name etc.) for an extra u $2 per M/ T
Delivery will be against sgs certification for quantity and quality carried out in the country of destination
In other words the buyer can acquire a lot of 12. 500m / t for a minimum investment of u $404, 250 with a guarantee of ongoing delivery and the fact that the goods are already in the country of destination
Procedures and payment terms
Buyer signs a contract for the full vessel 12. 500mt and opens an MT 103 for the first payment $USD. 404. 250. = / -5%
Delivery to buyers chosen warehouse will start 30 days from confirmation of financial instrument
Buyer to pay by T/ T wire for the second 1050mt (OR larger amounts if required) and so on every 30 days until final clearance
