Origin: The origin of the SUGAR ICUMSA 45 is Brazil or Central America
Packing: 50KG, new seaworthy polypropylene (PE) lined, in slings or in pallets suitable for ocean transportation with 2% extra bags free, labeling in English Language showing net weight, country of
origin and that containing cane sugar ICUMSA 45.
Delivery: CIF ASWP. First shipment, 30/45 days after sign the contract and conclusion of deal.
Payment: A BG (Banking Guarantee) Unconditional, Transferable, Divisible, Irrevocable, Divisible, from a TOP25 Prime Bank issue and acceptable by seller
Inspection: Societe Generale de Surveillance (SGS), at Sellers cost shall inspect the commodity at the port of loading. SGS survey shall issue an inspection certificate of quantity and quality for
the shipment to certify that the goods are in good order and condition and confirming to the specifications herein stated for ICUMSA 45, white, refined sugar issued at the time of loading. The
certificates shall be final and binding on both parties.
Guaranty: Sellers Performance Bond, against a Buyers fine for canceling or quitting the deal, both of 2% (two percent- total value of monthly shipment).
