B.1. Buyer's bank sends a Commitment Letter to transfer the cash to seller'sbank ONLY upon receipt of communication from seller's bank that aperformance bond has been opened.2. Seller's bank then issues a PB by way of an UNCONDITIONAL bank guaranteefrom a top 25 Western prime bank for no less than 110% of the cash to betransferred. BG details will be on Euroclear and Bloomberg for buyer's bankto authenticate.3. Buyer's bank authenticates BG and then remits the cash by SWIFT toseller's bank.4. Seller's bank sends the hard copy of the BG to buyer's bank.5.
