Origin: The origin of the SUGAR ICUMSA 45 is Brazil or Central America

Packing: 50KG, new seaworthy polypropylene (PE) lined, in slings or inpallets suitable for ocean transportation with 2% extra bags free, labeling inEnglish Language showing net weight, country of origin and that containing canesugar ICUMSA 45.

Delivery: CIF ASWP. First shipment, 30/45 days after sign the contractand conclusion of deal.

Payment: A BG (Banking Guarantee) Unconditional, Transferable,Divisible, Irrevocable, Divisible, from a TOP25 Prime Bank issue and acceptableby seller

Inspection: Societe Generale de Surveillance (SGS), at Sellers costshall inspect the commodity at the port of loading. SGS survey shall issue aninspection certificate of quantity and quality for the shipment to certify thatthe goods are in good order and condition and confirming to the specificationsherein stated for ICUMSA 45, white, refined sugar issued at the time ofloading. The certificates shall be final and binding on both parties.

Guaranty: Sellers Performance Bond, against a Buyers fine for cancelingor quitting the deal, both of 2% (two percent- total value of monthlyshipment).
