1.The end seller requests LOI/ICPO from the buyer.
2.The LOI or ICPO must have full buyer contact information on their
letterhead with full banking details.
3.The LOI or ICPO must say (SOFT BANK PROBE ALLOWED) from the buyer.
4.Once the LOI or ICPO and banking are confirmed by the seller, then the
buyer will get a contract directly from the end seller.
5.Seller issues contract in favor of the buyer.
6.Buyer returns the contract to the seller via fax or e-mail. Duly signed
and sealed.
7.Seller reviews the contract and when approved seller confirms acceptance.
8.Once acceptance is confirmed by seller, Buyer sends NON Operative Letter of Credit to seller's bank.
9.Seller's bank issues POP (Proof of Product) and 2% Performance Bond (PB) to activate NON Operative Letter of Credit.
10.Delivery and shipment commence as per schedule mutually agreed upon in the contract.

All FPAs are given by the seller once the NON operative LC in given by the buyer.

These are the confirmed offers for Spot Orders in NET Prices.

Our minimum orders start at 12.500 MTs to 25.000

It is so important for a buyer to know that he has a real seller to work and can deliver so this is why we are asking new buyers to do trial orders first and then we will consider doing the larger orders if they have any.

What we have been doing for new buyers is having them purchase trial spot orders of 12.500 MTs or 25.000 MTs max FIRST and then once we prove our capability to deliver and we won the buyer's confident in us that we can deliver then they can come back and purchase larger orders with our company again.

NEW BUYERS:

Over the past year and before we had buyers that came back to us because they went elsewhere to get sugar from other suppliers re sellers etc in which they got taken by them because these other providers couldn't deliver their orders. The buyers were successful with us because we suggested to them to do a trial spot order and work their way up.

We have  2008 futures crop from Brazil and we are ready to sell to potential buyers. We advertise and market for our end seller and are salaried by them and no commissions are required.
