High maltose syrup M65 is viscous or yellowish liquid very sweet taste, slightly detectable smell of corn starch hydrolysate. It is produced by dual enzymatic hydrolysis of corn starch. It is composed manly form maltose (at least 65% of dry substance) maltotriose, high sugars and glucose (up to 5,5 %).
