6) Buyer and Seller deposit a copy of the executed Contract to their respective Banks.

PROCEDURES

For quantities more than 1.000.000mt & above the Payments shall be by SBLC/BG

Payment for the total quantity to be effected by Irrevocable, Transferable, Unconditional, Assignable, Fully Funded, Confirmed SBLC /BG/ FFDRLC 100% Payment at Sight L/C for total Quantity from Top Western Prime Bank.

PAYMENT:

INSPECTION: S.G.S Inspection for Quality and Quantity Service at Sellers Cost.

The Seller will Post 2%Performance Bond after Receipt of Payment Instrument SBLC to the Seller.

PERFORMANCE BOND:

Rest in 30 Days and after Receipt of Payment Instrument to the Sellers Bank.

SHIPMENT: Minimum Shipment 12,500 MTS in 30-45 Days and

DELIVERY: Minimum Shipment 12,500 MTS Each (+/-5%).

DESTINATION & DELIVERY:

Destination: CIF ASWP.

LOADING PORTS: Santos, Suape, Parangua, Maceio, Ports in Brazil.
