Seller sends Draft Contract duly signed, stamped and sealed to Buyer.4. Buyer returns contract to the Seller duly signed, sealed and stamped.5. Hard contract copies are exchanged and signed.6. Seller issues Proof of Product 5 banking days after receiving POF.7. Seller issues 2% Performance Bond to activate BG.8.
