PAYMENT BY:
Irrevocable, transferable, unencumbered, confirmed Revolving Letter of Credit (RDLC) for the total contract value, Issued by a top 25 prime world banks, payable 100% at sight of loading with normal shipping documents (+/-5). For orders over one million metric ton, BG for one month suggested.

8.       Buyer must inform in this contract all the ports of destination that can be used to create a formal schedule for delivery.

7.       Shipment as mentioned in the contract starts not later then 30/35 days.

6.       Sellers bank sends to the Buyers bank Surety Performance Bond 2% and POP to activate the Letter of Credit.

5.       Buyers bank posts the SBLC or non-operative LC payment instrument for the value of the contract or RDLC depending on order to Sellers bank.

4.       Seller sends original contract, any facsimile or electronic copies, are considered as the original.

3.       Buyer sends signed contract by fax or email with BCL authorization with full bank co-ordinates.

2.       Seller sends FCO / Draft Contract with full banking information and confirms procedure.

1.       Buyer sends ICPO.
