We have for sell: - Brazil sugar ICUMSA 45- packed in 50Kg bags- at this moments we have for sell 2 CPR's offer, both for 50 millions MT- we can sell this two CPR's for two different buyers at the price 128USD / MT or we can sell this entire quantity of 100 millions MT at the price 124USD / MT- both prices are FOB BRAZIL- payment by FFBG for all the amount of contractPROCEDURES1. LOI issued by the buyer2. Ncnd Signed by Buyer, agents and Seller3. Apointment on Board director office with seller, buyer and attorneys with POF and POP (EUROCLEAR, CPR. . . . ) 4. The both partyes check and verify documents, meanwhile the contract is signed and sealed by both parties5. They exchance documents6. Shipment start. All is easy to be done. We need just one LOI issued signed and stamped by the buyer and after that all can be signed on Miami or Santos de Brazil.
