Gelato Coffee

 A well brewed Espresso is an awakening drink in itself. I use my own blend of coffee Arabica seeds to make the espresso. This is used in my gelato which gives the natural taste of coffee. I prefer coffee with little milk without sugar. So most of my Gelato features strong flavor of coffee.
