Herba Mesonae

  After diluting "Herba Mesonae" juice with water to 6fold, we add granulated-sugar in just right amount and boil them. Then, we will add slight honey into them and churn evenly after cooling. At last, we chill them. (Or adding slight ice cube into Mug for making bubble "Herba Mesonae" tea more ambrosial.

Bubbly "Herba Mesonae" Tea:

         

   After boiling 3000cc "Herba Mesonae" added 10000cc water, we mix the concoction of 160g "Herba Mesonae" powder and 500cc cold water slowly. We will shut down fire after boiling 5 minutes and stir fully. Thus, we decant "Herba Mesonae" juice ripened into legume-curd bucket or other container for cooling. At last, we chill them.

   Cold-drink living example

  After diluting the "Herba Mesonae" juice with water to  4fold, we boil the juice. We continue to cook in small oven after adding conoction of 150g amylase and water slowly. We boil them again. At last, boil them about 2 minutes after adding 700g granulated sugar in small oven. (Its taste will be better after adding Eight Delicious Bean, Potato Amyloplast)

  To put juice of "Herba Mesonae" that has been diluted and ribs or poultry into cooker; We will eat till ripe by steaming in steam boiler.

  To put every kinds of seasoning into juice of "Herba Mesonae" that has been diluted in just right amount for making it more ambrosial.

Herba Mesonae" Simmer

  To boil together after adding little seasoning and boxthorn...etc. into diluted juice of "Herba Mesonae" . Next, we will cook by mild oven after boiling. We can eat as soon as the "Herba Mesonae" juice with scalded chicken ripe.  (Every can of "Herba Mesonae" juice will be cooked about nine portions of chicken soup.)

  To dilute "Herba Mesonae" juice by water (suggesting to dilute to fivefold) and add poultry (or rib), medlar and little salt, accent...etc seasoning.

     Long long ago, our ancestry arrived at Taiwan and exploited wasteland after acrossing the sea. Their geographic environment was very arduous, in addition, the climate was very hot. They found the "Herba plants like that of their hometown in working background, so they pulled up the plants and dryed them in the sun. Next, they cooked the plants with ribs or poultry. They felt very good after eating. Thus, the cate had  been popular in Taiwan more than hundred years.
