FROZEN CONCENTRATED ORANGE JUICE

PROCEDURES
1. Buyer issues ICPO/LOI/RWA/P.O. AND/OR BCL (buyer may elect to issue ready, willing and able (RWA SWIFT MT799); buyer's option. The RWA must be a contingent commitment with full corporate responsibility. If, the ori gina l is by swift (option) to seller's bank, a copy must be provided to seller by email attachment.
2. Seller approves ICPO (or RWA). On approval of BCL (or RWA) and ICPO, seller issues a draft sale and purchase agreement/ contract (SPA) and some form of verifiable documentation of proof or product (SGS, tank receipts, vessel info, etc).
3. Buyer signs, seals and returns contract to seller who counter signs, seals and returns copy of the document to the buyer both parties lodge a copy of the contract with their respective bank.
4. Seller's and buyer's bank communicate, confirming RWA to precede, on both parties behalf. Confirmation of the POP docs to buyer's bank and financial capability to seller's bank.
5. Within TWO (2) international banking days, buyer's bank issues conditional payment order MT 103/23 to seller's nominated institution for 100% of the invoiced value of the goods, against a full set of documentation, as stipulated in the payment clause of the SPA.
6. Seller presents full set of POP documents and ownership title at counters of buyer's bank. Secure email, facsimile or courier permitted.
7. Upon receiving the ownership title and pertaining documents, as per the FOB terms and conditions, buyer's bank, immediately, pays for 100 % of the value of the commodity, by swift wire transfer (MT103) directly to the seller's designated bank account within one (1) banking day.
8. Lifting commences, as per, agreed upon, schedule.
