After 1970, the small enterprise started growing and turned into a current mill on the green hills of Castelli Romani, where experience meets innovative production technologies.

In 1951 the founder FRANZO CARUSO decided to create a small laboratory on the outskirts of Rome to produce fruit syrups, spirits and brews, using medicinal plants, fruits and specifically selected and preserved roots.
