It is available from 62 to 70 Degrees Brix.

Rectified grape must is used for the enrichment of musts and new wines during fermentation in the crop period and for sweetening and processing quality wines and sparkling wines.

Must concentrate is offered at 52 to 70 Degrees Brix.

Grape must is a non-fermented liquid coming from the pressing of grapes.
It is available as red and white grape must ranging from 16.5 to 22 Degrees Brix.

The same products can be concentrated up to 60 to 70 Degrees Brix.

All these products are made from red or white grapes of different varieties; Muscat grapes being one of them. Degrees Brix range from a minimum of 15 (62 Oechsle) to a maximum of 20 (83 Oechsle).
