We now offer a broad array of juice, beverage and bar mix in a shelf stable format. The room temperature shelf life ranges from 120 days to more than one year. Continuous refrigeration upon receipt of the product will have the effect of doubling the shelf life. The package sizes are 3 gallon, 5 gallon bag-in-box (BIB), and 1 liter cartridge (Caddy pack). The 3 and 5 gallon BIBs are packed in poly bags with the standard QC/D II fittings.
