These grape juice concentrates are obtained using 100% a certain vintage (example Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay ect.) - so let say a Cabernet Sauvignon red grape juice concentrate is produced using ONLY CABERNET SAUVIGNON grapes. These types of concentrates shouldn't confuse with VARIETAL TYPE CONCENTRATE. These products have the advantage to be richer in flavor, tasting and the overall organoleptic characteristics compared to generic concentrates. Varietal grape juice concentrates should be ordered before each crop (in August).
