Cut off the ends of the lime and cut into thin slices, without seeds. Place the lime and sugar in a glass and, with a wood pestle; press only the core of the fruit,
without forcing the rind.
This prevents the drink from being sour. Add the Cacha?a , mix and fill the glass with crushed ice.
Serve in a glass decorated with a slice of lime.
