High quality chicken breast filet (w/wo innerfilet), cooled by air.
We offer the filet:
* bulk in E2,
* bulk in cartons,
* packed in 5, 15 Vaccum bags
* 5 kg Gas Flushed trays,
* frozen in polyblock (size deipend on what the customer wants).
As mentioned above we also do IQF, we have the possiblility to do injections or massage the filet and than pack in to PE/PE bags - which are either delivered by the customer, or in our own foil
bags, we can also pack it bulk in a carton.
The filet can be calibrated according to the customers demand.
We have a wide range of very strong cartons from 10 kg to 20 kg.
Also we do special orders, example: cut in to strips, diced, or other depending on the order and price.
