Our beef is slaughtered in accordance with the Islamic law by Muslims well versed in Halal Slaughtering process. The Halal certificate is issued by the Japan Islamic trust in Japan. This makes Praxis one of the very few companies in the region to import meat with an authentic Japanese Halal certificates.

The edible products division at Praxis (FZC) is primarily focused on the import of high quality Halal cut Japanese Wagyu beef. Our high quality Wagyu beef is cut in the fukishima prefecture under stringent health and safety standards. Our beef has been designated by the Japanese Meat Grading Association (JMGA) to be of A4.
