For Buyers Interested in ground beef, we have a full organic ground beef program available.

For our export business we produce and sell a full carcass program that is ordered from a per head quantity. We process each cattle by breaking down the entire carcass to select boneless sub primal cuts and included is all trim. The boneless sub primal cuts are placed in cryovac bags, frozen and boxed. This method provides the highest quality for export shipment. We can process the full carcass anyway our customers request. All export orders must be frozen.

We are Elite International Products a company located in the USA that manages a Coop of ranchers in western USA.  We produce and sell USA Organic Beef. Our Processing Plant is USDA Federally Inspected and Certified Organic. Our breeds of cattle we process are grass fed organic Black Angus.
