Organic Chicken

The Whole Chickens are vacuum packed and weigh from 2.5 to 3.75 pounds.  The Chicken Breast come in resealable bags. Each bag weighs approximately 2 lbs

The chickens are minimally processed under strict controls to ensure organic integrity. These products contain no artificial ingredients or additives.

Our Chickens are fed only diets containing QAI certified organic corn and soybeans and are given pure water to drink from under ground wells. No antibiotics, growth hormones or animal by products are ever given to our Organic Chickens.

They are raised in houses with natural earth floors covered in wood shavings. They are allowed to roam free range.

They are Certified Organic by Quality Assurance International (QAI) the countrys leading organic certification service. Our whole chickens and chicken breast carry the QAI and USDA Organic Seals.

We do not raise our Organic Chicken.  After numerous requests, I did an extensive search for locally raised Organic Chicken.  I found our supplier in Batesville.  The chickens are hatched and raised there.
