BERKSHIRE PORK
We are breeding a few Berkshire Hogs because the meat, according to Florence Fabricant of The New York Times, is "darker, more heavily marbled with fat, juicier and richer-tasting than most pork,
and perfect for grilling."
The pigs are supplemented with Organic Whey and Organic Vegetables.We hope our customers will also collect acorns for us from trees which have not been sprayed so that we can share them with the
pigs!
Our pigs are pampered! They love scratches and small Cal-Organic carrots as treats.
