We, KIP K HOLDING, a registered company in the United States of America, with full corporate legal authority and responsibility, offer for sale Beef Heifers according to the following terms and conditions:

Product: Beef Heifers, Select Grade

Origin: MONTANA, USA

Payment: 100% prior to shipment from Montana.

Quantity: 1 container, totaling 40 +/- metric tons. Quantity may increase depending on Buyer's appetite to purchase more.

Price: $1.75 USD per pound F.O.B. Butte, Mt.
This price is valid only for this single time offer and shipment. Subsequent shipments price will be adjusted according to the Beef market.

Delivery: In 40 feet containers. Loading about 40 metric tons
per container.
Duration of Contract: One time or, 6 months to 1 year contract with minimum shipment to be determined.

Packing: Frozen in Container.
