In the initial stage only 3 kinds of sausage products were produced. In future, being allocated with high quality of production, great demand arose and there was a task of expanding the assortment of production. Today our company makes already about 70 types of sausage and smoked products which are consumed not only in Yerevan, but also in all regions of Armenia. The production is carried out by Russian and German equipment, increasing the volume up to 8 tons per day. Domestic meat is basically used as raw material, the quality of which is approved before its receipt for processing, and the premises intended for the storage of raw material and semi-prepared items are constantly under sanitary supervision. Our production should be distinguished, as the name of the product is attached to it, and the unique logotype of the firm serves directing for the choice of a high-quality product. The specialists of our firm carry out strict control with the purpose of preserving conditions for the storage of production, periodically checking selling points that prevents the sale of expired products. The part of production is made in vacuum packing; these are mainly cooked and smoked sausage products: Basturma, Sudjukh, Erebuni, the Cervelat, the Buzhenina, the fillet Kopchenoe etc., and the assortments like Salami, Fantasia and Djerke, notwithstanding the fact that they appeared in the market later, are in great demand among consumers, equally with other types.
