2. The Removal of Residual Furs The residual furs after going through the hot tub and the depilator are completely removed by the incinerator that uses the high-tech instantaneous gas. |

3. The Cutting of Pig into Two Carcasses The automatic halving machine is used to cut slaughtered pigs in the backbone into two carcasses for smooth initial cold-storage and grading. |

4. Grading The public meat graders from the Livestock Grading Station correctly grades the pig carcasses. |

5. Quick Freezing The halved pig carcasses go through the high-tech quick freezing tunnel (at internal temperatures 25 that to make the temperatures of the car casses drastically drop with the ultimate purpose of producing high-quality pork. |

6. Partial Pork Processing The partial pork is processed and packed at other sanitary processing factory in accordance with the processing guidelines. The temperatures of the factory is kept at less than 10. |
