2. Boneless Picnics..... I am having trouble getting a 405 a
boneless picnic per say... What I can procure is as follows...
Boneless picnic boning process at the plant, it
does not yield a whole piece, it will have several small
pieces....
Cartilage, blood clots, and skin patches are
removed.
Average batch lean percentage average is 72 %
Lean or higher...
Packing Style is 60 lb. Poly Bag , and Frozen..

1. Single Ribbed Belly... This Belly will be better trimmed, a
leaner belly than what is reflected in the NAMPS 409a....
Dimension Rectangular Cut Belly....
Width is 8.5 -9.5 inches wide, Rectangular Cut
Cartilage Soft Bone is left in the belly, per
Korean Spec.
*** ( Please confirm soft bone in )...
Fat Back Edge is beveled
We do select carcasses to assure a leaner belly,
versus natural fall.
Packing Style, 1 piece per vac bag, 4 bags per
box, frozen. Approximate
Finished weight per box is 40 lbs. per box.
