Poultry: this activity was incorporated as part of our vertical integration strategy.Today, Kruger S.A. has 8 warehouses with 64.000 breeders each (production of 410.000 eggs per day) and 2 rearing warehouses, all with state of the art technology. The units have automatic feeding and egg collection systems and temperature and luminosity controls.This modern warehouses are operated by 1 person, subject to strict security specifications. For example, each unit has specifically assigned personnel. Vehicles entering the premises are washed with special products with the purpose of avoiding any potential spread of diseases.
