Iberian Ham

Produced from 100% iberian breeds (this producer have raised their own stock since many decades ago without purchasing animals from any other stock breeders, thus ensuring complete control over the purity of the breed), their animals are raised free-range and fed on acorns and other natural pastureland products. Handled traditionally with great care, these products are of the highest quality and regarded by the experts as some of the best among iberian hams. Minimum curing time is 24 months. Their low production levels mean that the number of hams required must be reserved in advance in order to ensure supply, but they also guarantee a personalised preparation and curing process which form the basis for this company excellent reputation.
