FROZEN & CHILLED meat

All skeletal muscles from full carcass can be deboned, cut and trimmed according to customer specifications. Individual muscles in certain cuts can be obtained as well.
All of those muscles are vacuum packed and chilled, or vacuum packed, aged and frozen, or IWP or bulk packed and frozen.
