20' cntr - 16 tonnes; fourgon - 20 tonnes;
40' cntr - 25 tonnes; wagon - de 40 tonnes

Storage conditions:
Temperature is not higher than minus 25C and relative humidity is equal to 95-98%  
Shelf life: 18 months
Quality characteristics:
)from mature cattle (a cow): muscles are satisfactorily developed, hypodermic fat covers the carcass
from the 8th rib to ischial tuberosity, considerable gaps; medium weight of a semicarcass is from 90kg and higher

) ) from young species (oxen): muscles are satisfactorily developed, shoulder-blades are without cavities, thighs are not toned up, hypodermic depot fat is clearly seen at the base of a tail and at the top of an inner part of a thigh, medium weight of a semicarcass is from 100kg and higher. The surface is without swellings, bruises and traumatic injuries.
