canned Farm Beef

- USDA Choice cuts of beef chuck are used in the canned Farm Beef.  The meat is cut into 1? inch pieces; these are hand packed in the cans. The meat is fully cooked in the canning process. When the can is opened the meat is in tender chunks. If you are careful in the heating process, it will remain in chunks. The meat can be easily shredded if it is required in the recipe. Beef is available with salt or no salt
