Consist of different milk components, milk fat and vegetable fats.
Contains 26% fat and 16% protein.
Developed for the addition of fats, lactose and milk proteins in the production of dairy products, milk- based drinks, beverages, ice-cream, soups and sauces, biscuits, bakery, confectionary products etc.
