Seasoning can be of different periods of time.The geographical position of the firmand the richness of the soil let us manufacture very high-quality cheese. The manufacturing is carried out with modern machineries, in suitable facilities which comply with all the regulations provided for this sector.Cheeses are round shaped with two even faces and a standard weight of 12 KG each. It is possble to change the weight but not the shape. We brand each cheese with our trade-mark when still hot with also including the indication C. E. E.
