Powder egg

 USE: Powder egg is used as substitute of fresh eggs.
1 kg powder egg substitutes for about 90 fresh eggs or egg powder 1 kg powder egg substitutes for 1 kg egg powder.
It can be dry-mixed with flour or combined with lukewarm water in a ratio of 1:3, making thick pulp 30 min 1 hour before use, for better effect.
 APPLICATION:  Powder egg is addition used in production of shortcrust biscuits,raised cakes, ready-made foodstuffs, waffles, pancakes, dumplings,pates, addition to animal food, fish bait; used in production offatty-sponge cakes with individually devised technology, and othertypes of foodstuffs
 STORING:  in a cool, dry place
 STORAGE LIFE:  12 months
 PACKING:  plastic bag and 3-layer paper bag containing 25 or 10 kg net
